Completely pathetic.
Ordered 2 pair of pants, after 10 days I asked if sent (as never got any communication shipped or tracking) they respond claiming parcel lost, and resending, I requested tracking of both the initial and secondary parcel, they send me a generic screenshot showing only 4 interactions effectively, picked up 'yesterday' in transit and failed delivery 'today'. that didn't show any tracking #, or the courier company, or evidence it was my parcel. They claim delivery was attempted, but no body home.
I've now requested a refund, going to be curious how this plays out.
Seeming extremely dodgy.

Taste ok but the packaging is extremely bad and we will need scissors to open the packets.....The individual plastic packs both rice cracker and wasabi… we will need scissors to open. Not great for giving out as customer giveaways. Please improve. Thanks!
